About the project
Wind of Hope’s contruction has begun after an agreement signed
between Cemre Shipyard and Louis Dreyfus Armateurs S.A.S. We designed advanced
detail design, where Salt Ship design has designed the basic detail.
One of the most important features of the Wind of Hope is that,
which is one of the largest Service Operation Ships (SOV) in the Wind Turbine
market. It is able to provide staff to transfer to the wind turbines safely
even in heavy sea conditions hereby to the dynamic positioning compensated
positioning system. After the main and detail design of the ship, the
preparation of the necessary documents, installation of the necessary
equipments, ventilation, cabling, pipe systems and isolation are carried out
within the scope of advanced detail design activities.
